He Born to a Keralite father and a Parsi mother, John has been a non vegetarian before but now is an avowed vegetarian. He is one of the long time supporters of PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals) and has shot campaigns against cruelty to animals and in support of vegetarianism. To supplement his diet that lacks protein in comparison with non vegetarian diet, he depends on protein shakes. John has some light snacks and protein shakes in the evening and after his workout, he indulges in a light meal like corn, some soups and a vegetarian supper.
Breakfast :- Jhon always prefer for breakfast is consists of six egg whites, a glass of fruit juice, couple of slices of toast with butter and ten almonds. John loves his tea and has at least two cups of tea every day.
Meal :-He prefer normal meal like dal, rice chapatti made up from wheat flour, spinach or some fried vegetable. He never prefer expensive meal. He think that from narmal meal we get high calaories he indulges in a light meal like corn, some soups and a vegetarian supper.John’s diet shows us that he believes in helping himself to a heavy breakfast.
Fitness Raga :-
Jhon body developed his bode through a lot of work. John himself says that he considers going to the Gym as a necessity and a part of the routine. He follows a strict gym regimen and follows his diet ‘to the t’. By working hard on his body, he today understands his body pretty well and knows how it will respond.
He advises & he warn to his fans also for buid up the body no go for any shot cut or any supplementary Also he said there are no short cuts to success and there is no alternative to working out. "The use of unnatural substances is unacceptable to get a body. It leads to hair loss, high blood pressure, mood swings, loss of libido and enlarged glands. On being a male fitness idol, he says, “A lot of us have a benchmark for how well-toned we must be. I had a very high benchmark. I'm a leader, not a follower. Not that I am always seeing sunshine up my backside. But I'm very individualistic
Devotion toward the films:- He has too much devotion for his films. For his Aashayien You wont belive that he lose over 12 kilos. He usually change his look for every film John says “If you are not careful, it can be disastrous. For aashayien he lost over 12 kilos, became thin and then I had to gain weight just after that for my other projects.”
John says he ate right and balanced his calorie intake had a lot of health food. He says that it is important not to cut down on your energy, protein and other essential body intake to avoid falling sick.
